Zinc is a mineral involved in thousands of bodily functions and it is the only metal found in all classes of enzymes. Zinc plays a role in cell division and in protecting cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and also to normal fertility and reproduction. Zinc aids in the normal functioning of the immune system and also contributes to normal vision and the normal metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids*.

Recommended intake:

Take one tablet daily with plenty of liquid, preferably with a meal!
