L-Glutamine from Scitec Nutrition is pure L-Glutamine amino acid in powder form!

Glutamine is the most common amino acid in human blood. Glutamine may be conditionally essential in certain situations, including intense exercise, when the body cannot meet demands via glutamine synthesis.

This conditionally essential amino acid can be obtained from dietary protein, including supplements.

Recommended intake:

Dissolve one serving (6g) daily in 250ml of water or other liquid and shake vigorously! Consume before, during or after exercise, or any other time such as before bed.
