Scitec Nutrition BCAA Xpress, 700 g Dose
Scitec Nutrition BCAA Xpress, 700 g Dose
A powder for making a drink with essential amino acids.
The chain-linked amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. The BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids for humans because they cannot be manufactured by the body. Their only source is through daily food or supplementation. On the other hand, they account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are essential amino acids that must be obtained from various sources by ingesting various dietary proteins.
BCAAs can also be taken through dietary supplements, particularly recommended during intense training sessions or physical exertion. BCAA Xpress contains a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine and because it is a powder drink it absorbs more quickly as a liquid than in tablet form. It can also be conveniently slurped between workouts.
