The chain-linked amino acids (BCAA\'s) are a group of the so-called essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. The BCAA\'s are among the 9 essential amino acids for humans as our bodies cannot manufacture them, so their only source is daily food or supplementation. On the other hand, they account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins.

Standard BCAA products usually contain a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine, however the new standard of BCAA\'s on the market is with the dominant ratio of leucine being 8:1:1 in relation to the other BCAA\'s. With this ratio, you don\'t need to increase the total dosage of the product to achieve higher leucine levels.

However, our BCAA complex doesn\'t just include this new BCAA ratio! Glutamine is also a top ingredient for athletes and is very popular, so increased glutamine levels have also been added to the formula. To add complexity to the formula, we\'ve also added the amino acid L-Alinine, which is the second most common protein found and mostly concentrated in meat!

Finally, the BCAA complex is also a source of B6, which contributes* to: the regulation of hormonal activity • normal energy-yielding metabolism • the reduction of tiredness and fatigue • the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems • normal glycogen and protein metabolism • normal formation of red blood cells.

Consumption recommendation

Dissolve 1 serving (10 g) in 300 ml of water daily. Let the drink stand for a while to get better dissolution of the ingredients. Take these before or during training or competitions.
