The Powercore free-standing punching bag is a flexible and stable training device.
The shock absorbing air/foam chamber offers a realistic impact feeling. The rounded design allows for easy movement around the target, increasing cardio effect and coordination. The POWERCORE ™ power transmission ring absorbs shock and reduces the movement and sliding of the standing foot. The stand foot can be easily filled with water or sand and thus offers a stable stand.
