Another important aspect of our philosophy is the use of milk from Dutch grass-fed cows. The cows enjoy at least 120 days a year in the pasture with grass feeding and are not forced to stay in the barn all year round. Farmers receive additional bonuses the more often they give their cows free rein. Artificial BST feeding, which causes the cows to give an unnatural amount of milk, is deliberately avoided.
