Benlee Power Spin Boxing Trainer

The BenLee "Rocky Marciano" Power Spin Boxing Trainer is a free-standing boxing pear with an integrated and rotating boxing bar. This is perfect for training precision and reaction speed. This is a solid build, starting with the bottom bin, which measures 50x50cm and holds around 57L. The spring and bar are heavier than standard and the boxing bar has ball bearings to allow for quick turns. Measured up to the upper edge of the boxing pear, the height can be adjusted from 155 to 195.

The freestanding punching bag is good for studio and home use. Perfect for training punching techniques, combos and endurance. Also good for 360° all-round training, partner training and fitness training, so very versatile.
