What does the new intra workout supplement INTRA-X contain?

For one serving, mix 25g of Intra-X powder with 400ml of water. The resulting beverage has a delicious green apple flavor and can be consumed starting approximately 15 minutes before exercise and sipping throughout exercise.

In addition to protein, INTRA-X provides the essential amino acids (EAA) lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine and tryptophan and the BCAAs valine, leucine and isoleucine, as well as the amino acids arginine and citrulline known from pump boosters. Information on the individual ingredients of INTRA-X

L-arginine (4500 mg), as a precursor of nitric oxide, is involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body. The positive effect on blood flow and the associated rapid transport of nutrients to the cells is particularly interesting for bodybuilders.

Like EAA, L-citrulline (5500 mg) is an amino acid and is converted into arginine by the body, so it also contributes to an adequate supply of arginine.

EAA (4550 mg) and BCAA (5600 mg) are different, essential (vital) amino acids that the body cannot produce itself, but can use very quickly as an energy supplier. Even after training, during regeneration, they contribute to muscle maintenance and form the basis for building new muscles.

Among other things, vitamin C strengthens the immune system and, like vitamin B6, is involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body. Vitamin B6 is particularly important for the amino acid and carbohydrate metabolism, so in combination with amino acids it promotes their availability.

Consumption recommendation:
