Scitec Nutrition Protein Coffee zuckerfrei, 600 g Dose

Scitec Nutrition Protein Coffee zuckerfrei, 600 g Dose

  • There is no added sugar in this Protein Coffee recipe and it is a high quality whey protein coffee with caffeine (decaffeinated and added sugar versions are also available)! It is a combination of a 27g dosage of whey protein along with 100mgs of caffeine, the two most popular supplemental ingredients for athletes. Whey proteins are the so-called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the necessary complete proteins, including the 9 amino acids which the body cannot synthesize and which must be obtained from the diet and are essential for life (ie histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine). Determining the nutritional effectiveness of protein in a diet is based in most cases on assessing the extent to which dietary protein nitrogen is taken up and absorbed by the body and how it can offset the estimated daily nitrogen loss. The physiological utility value (NetProtein Utilization NPU) is the percentage of ingested nitrogen that is retained by the body, the biological value (Biological Value BV) indicates the percentage of nitrogen absorbed that is retained. The biological value is therefore the result of the physiological utility and the digestibility. Whey protein has a good digestibility and amino acid composition, so its biological value is high - compared to other protein sources such as meat, fish, eggs and soy. Whey protein has a good digestive and amino acid combination, which means its biological ratio is well balanced with other protein sources such as meat, fish, eggs and soy. Dietary proteins are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids, which the body needs for the growth and maintenance of body tissues. Therefore, the protein in Protein Coffee contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass*. Protein Coffee contains caffeine from coffee and from added pure caffeine.
