The chain-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine.

BCAAs are among the nine essential human amino acids because our body cannot produce them. The only source is through daily supplementation. On the other hand, they account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that can be obtained from various dietary proteins from different sources.

BCAAs can also be taken through dietary supplements, which is particularly recommended for intensive training sessions or physical work. Our BCAA formula contains a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine.

Recommended intake:

Take 1 serving (5 tablets) per day with some water, before or after training, or at any other time such as before bed.
