100% Whey Isolate is an excellent quality protein made exclusively from whey. Generally, these whey "isolate" proteins are produced to have a higher percentage of protein than whey "concentrate", which also means that isolates contain less sugar (including lactose) and fat! Dietary proteins are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids that the body needs for the maintenance and growth of body tissues. Therefore, the 100% Whey Isolate contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and also to the maintenance of normal bones*.

The whey proteins from milk are the so-called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the necessary complete proteins, including the 9 amino acids which the body cannot synthesize and which must be obtained from the diet (ie histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine).

100% Whey Isolate has even more added ingredients: an "amino acid matrix" that provides extra amino acids, such as L-Leucine, L-Glutamine and Taurine. L-Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the human body.

Recommended intake:
